  The worst customer service in the 5 yrs of going to this PAnera Bread. Clearly there has been a change in management because the training level has dropped. I gave them 3 visits to correct this problem. SMH With proper supervision and guidance the impressionable young staff would greet customers BETTER and NOT proceed in horseplay while taking my order. It sucks the next closest Panera Bread is 20mins from me, but it maybe worth the drive. Management horror.

  I absolutely love this place! It's a great place to work and study. I order the large Mac or the broccoli every time I come. This one young lady Britney? Always remembers me and my order. However the management is sloppy. I hear too many negative things and I however don't think its work appropriate when employees are cussed at by management. I'm saying this because I'm here all the time and there's this big one that always yells and it's so hard to focus on my school work.

  The food was fresh, the service was fast and friendly. My only complaint was the prices. I ordered half a sandwich, a cup of soup, a drink. My total was almost $14
  
  I don't care if you are bobby flay, that wasn't $14 worth of food.
