  They can't seem to ever do anything right. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese through the app. When I got there, there was one bag on the pick up shelf. It had no name or receipt on it and was in the A-G section. My first and last name on my account start with an N and a K. So I asked the girls near the counter whose it was cuz there was no name on. The first girl said "I think the name for that one started with an A". The second girl took the bag in back to see whose it was. She obviously couldn't find that out because after she went to investigate the name on the order, she asked me what I ordered. She said "ok then this is yours ". Really? You have one simple online order and you put it on the wrong shelf and can't figure out what name goes with it? There was also some food on the bag which looked like they spilled soup on and didn't bother to change it. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I was already in my car before I noticed. I was so irritated by their carelessness I didn't want to step foot back in that place.

  If you have bread in your company name, it should be fresh and not chewy. It seemed tough as if it was microwaved. The produce is weak! 1 leaf of lettuce and 1 tomato slice does not make a real sandwich. Excessive mayo in the tuna fish salad. Good luck on improving!
