  We went in for dinner last night, grateful the place wasn't packed. There were open tables in every section. We asked the hostess for a specific open table and her response was, "I can't sit you there." I asked why. She said, "Because I just sat a table in that area and we have to go in rotation." My husband and I decided to go grab a chair at the bar instead. We sat there for 10 minutes, with two Hooters girls and a bus person behind the bar that walked by us three times without evening so much as a, "Hello, we will be with you shortly." We finally got up and walked out. First experience there and will NOT return. Customer service couldn't get much worse. That is not the Hooters way nor the expectation of a Hooters girl. I know, I used to be one. I was terribly disappointed. It didn't help that the manager on duty last night stood just feet from us casually chatting it up with the cop on duty and did not greet us either. Beautiful restaurant, horrible service. After a very long day of work, hungry, and tired, anything would have been better than no acknowledgement at all.

  Stopped by twice already. Sat at the bar front and center. Black guy with a beard. F*ck anonymity because I was polite both times. First time I was over charged on my order. Second time I asked for limes with my corona and was given all the old ones cut that morning. Then my wings and fries were served cold for the second time. I noticed but places like these spit in your food when you send it back so what do you do? Its funny that they are so disrespectful and lazy about their WORK so I'll be back again to see what happens. Overall the staff is a joke.

  Honest review! 2/10/17 Our waitress Lori was alright, she got food out and kept refilling drinks. So she gets 3 stars. Anyhow, I got seated by the hostess station and had to listen to about eight Hooters girls talking about a party and frankly doing nothing at all, paying no attention to any of their guests sitting in their area, or getting upset when people walk in and want to sit at the bar. I ordered the cheese sticks as an appetizer and they were cold and soggy. When my chicken tenders came out there was Buffalo sauce all over the plate, looked very unprofessional. And yes, the ranch is completely watered down. Fries have no taste... Overall the food quality is just bad. I guess I'll stick to BW3's... Their food quality is excellent. Oh and the waitress added my fries on my buddies check which wasn't a big deal to me but was for him lol which was the only good thing at this Pearland Hooters location.

  My biggest knock on this place is there is nowhere to smoke. I completely understand no smoking inside but you can't even smoke on the outdoor patio. I would rather spend my time and money at a place I can be comfortable. First time ordering food it took forever and it wasn't even right. Then as I was finishing eating they brought another order to me thinking it was mine. They are working the kinks out I'm sure since they have only been open a week.
